So some guy from Massachusetts is pursuing a $400 billion lawsuit agains Bon Jove, Tme Warner and Major League Baseball.  WOW. During the 2007 playoffs, Bon Jovi released a song, “I Love This Town,” that was used by MLB to promote playoff baseball on Time Warner’s TBS cable station.  The dude claims that Bon Jovi must have heard his song “I Love This Team”  a song he wrote for the Boston Red Sox.  Well good luck with that.  Read the rest of the story here.

It seems pretty crazy that Aerosmith may be parting ways, but I guess it might happen. Steven Tyler wants to focus on a solo career, and Aerosmith is wondering whether they should continue on without him. It would be pretty tough to replace Steven Tyler though, which the band even admits. We’ll see what happens.
